1. The product

NutriLab — The Breakfast Book is an English-language digital PDF containing 100 breakfast recipes. No physical item will be shipped. The current price and any promotional price are shown before payment.

2. Ordering and payment

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order becomes binding when payment is confirmed. The payment button clearly creates an obligation to pay.

3. Immediate digital delivery

After successful payment, a download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent to the email address supplied during checkout. The emailed link is normally valid for seven days. If delivery is delayed or the link does not work, contact support and we will restore access after verifying the order.

4. Cancellation and change-of-mind refunds

Before payment, you must actively tick a box requesting supply of the digital content before the end of any applicable cancellation period and acknowledging that the cancellation right is lost when supply begins. Once the confirmation page and download access are made available, the digital supply has begun. We therefore do not provide change-of-mind refunds after digital delivery has started.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. If the file is not supplied, is inaccessible, materially faulty, or not as described, contact us. We will investigate and, where required by applicable law, repair or replace access, reduce the price, or provide a refund.

6. Personal-use licence

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the PDF. You may store it on your own devices and print a personal copy. You must not resell, publicly distribute, upload, share, or reproduce the book for commercial use.

7. Customer responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address that you can access.
• Use a device and PDF reader capable of opening a standard PDF file.
• Keep your download link private.

8. Support and complaints

For payment, delivery, download, or product problems, use our protected contact support link. Your email application will open with the support address without publishing it directly on this page.

9. Changes to these terms

The version accepted at checkout applies to that order. We may update these terms for future purchases, but a later version will not retrospectively change an existing order.
